Five Guys Meetup

  • For me, the winning thing was the selection of toppings for the Five Guys burger. I'm not a huge peanut person, but my wife loved them (and I know two kids who loved them also).

Part of the attraction of places like that is the trouble that you have to go through to get to them. People in other parts of the country would laugh if I described how I drove to the west side of Anaheim to try out Sonic. And years ago we made a point of going to a Tony Roma's in Las Vegas.

Then again, I'm sure that there are people on the East Coast that are dying to try an In N Out burger, so it all evens out.
  • Yes, I loved the amount of toppings they had, especially since I can't stand that horrid sauce INO puts on their burgers. My husband is convinced his would have been better if someone else made it. In the name of science we're willing to find out. But that was 17 miles for a burger. You drove MUCH further.:)
