		<description>that sounds about right.  Youngstown is urban white, poor and an ex-steel town.  It&#039;d also get airplay into the nearby rural areas of Trumbull, Geauga, Ashtabula and Portage counties.  All of which are old steel mill counties with large working class populations.

Perhaps it&#039;d be more helpful to note that Ralph Regula and Jim Traficant hail from the youngstown area (Ralph is farther west, alliance).  Tim Ryan now represents Youngstown, Niles, Warren and those areas.

OFF Topic, when I was growing up, there was no cable TV in my hometown, Ashtabula.  I grew up in rural Plymouth Township and thought for the longest time that I was a Canadian living in Pennsylvania.  We could get the Erie TV stations and the London Ontario stations, but nothing in Cleveland or Youngstown.  Now, my parents are ubber connected.  It&#039;s almost scary.</description>
